Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–13 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days (available at checkout).

Tracking & Updates

• Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local VAT.

• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

• Marston Club cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
